At Poochie Pampers, we know that your dog's happiness and well-being are your top priorities - just like they are ours! Whether you're a first time visitor or seasoned regular, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you get the most out of our canine indoor soft play area.

What are your opening and closing times?
We are open Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm but closed on a Thursday then on a Sunday we are open 10.30-4.30pm.

How much is the Canine Indoor Soft Play Area?
The private play is £30 for 1 or 2 dogs per hour, any additional dogs will be charged at £7.50 per dog per hour.
Our breed meet ups are £7.50 for one dog any additional dogs will be charged at £4.50 per dog.

Are there any breed or size restrictions?
The Canine Indoor Soft Play Area is suitable for all dog breeds and sizes (except XL Bullies**). If you are in any doubt about your dogs suitablity please call us on 07775591955 or email Charlie@poochiepampers.co.uk.
** Unfortunately we do not offer XL Bully private sessions at this time because they are not covered by our insurance due to restrictions surrounding the breed.

What age does my dog need to be to use the Canine Indoor Soft Play Area?
We accept the youngest age of 12 weeks old up until the dog is elderly providing the dog has no joint or incontinence issues.

What if my dog isn't sociable?
This is why the private sessions are great! As you can hire the Canine Indoor Soft Play Area for just you and your dog during your booking. No people or other dogs will not be allowed to enter the soft play area until your session is over. This is to ensure that there are no worries of any conflict with other dogs or people. We will ensure it will be a calm and stress free environment for any dogs that may be reactive or need their own space.

Do I need to clean up after my dog?
Yes please. We kindly ask that you bring your own dog poo bags. We provide bins so you can promply pick up any waste. One of our friendly staff members will then clean up any residual mess with a mop and bucket and also disinfect the area thoroughly to maintain a hygienic and clean environment thus ensuring everyone continues to have a pleasant experience.

What is your cancellation policy for the canine soft play area?
We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. If you do not inform us you are cancelling your booking a no show charge will also be applied for your next booking, this will be required on top of the standard 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. For any recurring no shows (two or more), we will require 100% non refundable prepayment for all future bookings. You can reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if done at least 48 hours before your booking. Changes made after this period will result in loss of your deposit

Do I have to pay a non refundable deposit?
Yes we ask for a 50% non refundable deposit to be paid up to 48 hours before the day of the booking this is due to decrease any no shows or cancellations. The remaining 50% will then be due on arrival on the day of your booking.

Is access to the building wheelchair friendly?
The only entrance is the main door which consists of two steps and a handrail on the left hand side (picture available on request).
